Yes we are in need
of volunteers for the following areas for 2008.
1) Trail flaggers
- one day prior to the race you will go out on the course in groups
of two or three and pre-flag the race route. Past Lost Soul participants
are very helpful because they are some what familiar with the
course but if you have no course experience we can pair you up
with someone who has. Expect to be out between 4 to 6 hours.
2) Aid station workers
- since we run the race from Friday morning until Saturday night
we need volunteers to work three main aid stations in shifts of
approx. 4 hours. These shifts run through the night. You are expected
to help the runners as they come through the aid stations - food
prep, fluids, etc. This job is very rewarding, dress up, create
a theme for your aid station shift, have a blast. The runners
will really appreciate it.
3) Course flagging
tear down. Sunday Sept. 14th.
