Wet weather course. All three aid stations will be used in the event of the closure of the race course due to wet weather. Please review the wet weather map. Wet weather rules:
- RD's will go to the wet weather course due to participant and/or environmental concerns
- the wet weather course is 30km in lenght
- in the event that the dry course closes due to rain, snow, etc. the RD's will inform all aid station to hold runners at their aid station for a period of time to allow the RD's to mark short unmarked sections of the wet weather course. This may take approx. 60 minutes.
- the wet weather course will be marked using the same markings as the standard course
- the distance that particpants have remaining in the race will be determined by the RD via aid station captains prior to the re-start of the race

in the event that the dry course is not used the following distances will apply to all participants:
- 50km - one full lap of the wet weather course (30km) plus south loop across bridge and then to Peenaquim and back (19.68km) - for 49.68km total
- 100km - three full laps of the wet weather course (90km) plus south loop across bridge and back (6.56km) - for 96.56km total
- 100Mile - five full laps of the wet weather course (150km) plus south loop across bridge and back (6.56km) - for 156.56km total
- Please note that the wet weather course will still be extremely muddy in places.
